Trust is the whole product here. This page is a plain-language look at how we try to earn it.

Age verification

Everyone attests their date of birth at signup, and any signup implying under-18 is rejected on our servers — not just checked in your browser.

Report and block

Every profile and every message has a Report option. Filing a report automatically blocks that person too — you never need a second step to stop contact after a bad experience.

Human review

Reports go to a real person. An automated system helps flag and categorize reports so they get reviewed faster, but it never bans or removes anyone on its own.

Verified badge

Members can optionally submit proof of status for manual review and earn a Verified badge — an extra trust signal, never a requirement to use the app. Unverified profiles are just as real and just as visible.

What we don't do yet

We're upfront about this: we don't run a photo/selfie liveness check (identity verification against your photos), and we don't proactively scan every message — only reported content gets reviewed. Both are real limitations we plan to address as the app grows, not oversights we're hiding.
